Kristi Saucerman

CEO & Founder

With more than 30 years of experience as a fundraising strategist and the founder of Auction Frogs, Kristi is an industry pioneer dedicated to helping nonprofits design high-performing, impactful events. As an entrepreneur and the Executive Producer of Nonprofit MVP, she continues to drive innovation and elevate mission-driven organizations across the sector.

Sophia Saucerman

Partner & Consultant

With over 15 years of nonprofit experience and an interdisciplinary degree in Business, Philosophy, and Sociology from BSU, Sophia brings a unique, community-minded perspective to our team. When she isn’t working, you can usually find her exploring the globe or finding balance on her yoga mat.

Clara Buford

Partner & Consultant

Clara Buford serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator at the Wyakin Foundation and is a Co-Founder of C3 Consulting. A Boise State University graduate, she brings a passion for connecting donors, volunteers, and community partners to causes that make a lasting impact. Outside of work, you can find Clara in the arena with her horse Jasper or out with her dog Diesel.

Izzy Jones

Event Staffing Manager

Izzy Jones is an Environmental Studies graduate from Boise State University with a passion for habitat restoration, native ecosystems, and conservation. Her hands-on experience — from restoration work with Hillside Hollow to an internship with Boise Urban Garden School — pairs with strong project coordination and client relations skills built through event management.

Tasia Irons

Garden City Chamber Contractor

Tasia Irons is a writer at heart with an associate degree in Creative Writing. She loves learning, researching just about anything, and finding better ways to do things. When she's not working, she's usually spending time with her two boys or chasing her next "I wonder..." moment.

Remington Haynes

Operations & Event Support

A lifelong Boise native, Rem Haynes is on track to graduate from Boise State University this year. He thrives on building genuine connections and reaching out to new people, bringing that natural energy into everything he does. Outside of work, you'll usually find him enjoying the outdoors, skiing, or working on cars and motorcycles.
